Salyce is an indie alternative artist from Vancouver, Washington, whose relationship with music began before she could fully articulate it, writing songs at five, teaching herself piano by nine, and spending seven years at a specialized arts high school honing her voice, her craft, and eventually her production skills through self-taught beatmaking in Logic Pro X.

The road to releasing wasn’t without detours. A near-debut in high school left her unsatisfied, and rather than settle, she stepped back and started over. At 22, she hit Portland stages, made her voice known, and dropped debut single “Pretty Face” in 2024. Her 2025 album “Damned If I Don’t” followed, brooding, honest, and anchored by the kind of powerful vocals that stop people mid-scroll. She’s also crossed into electronic territory, featuring on singles with producer Spira “Orbit” and “Let Go.”

Her sound lives between Lana Del Rey’s smoky introspection and Ariana Grande’s soaring pop instincts, edgy and emotional, but never without melody.
Now, with new single “hard to love” leading a full rebrand, Salyce is stepping into a more confident, more luminous version of herself, without losing the depth that makes her music feel like a diary entry you weren’t supposed to read, but couldn’t put down.
